Our promise is to hold ourselves to the same standards and regulations as any care provider registered with CIW. As a provider ourselves we live the regs each day, we know them inside out. That’s why our recruitment policy is as robust as yours. If we were inspected tomorrow, we have to be proud to open the files of every single member of our workforce.

We’ve created a state-of-the-art booking system for you to be able to request as many shifts as you need in one go. It gets better, you also have the ability to view and export your entire request history with us to keep a permanent record at the click of a button.

Of course! When we confirm a shift with your home, you’ll receive a PDF containing all the relevant information about the person attending for your records.

We understand that agency is your last resort. And we know that sometimes a member of your own team may be able to cover a shift last minute, saving you valuable money.

Therefore we only apply a cancellation fee within four hours of a shift commencing of £40. However, it’s important to state that 100% of this fee is given to the caregiver who was due to cover your shift. There are no administrative charges to the company. We feel that this is a reasonable clause to give peace of mind to our workforce.

Our people are our brand. We have a zero-tolerance approach to people failing to attend a booked shift without due notice. In the first instance we will endeavour to cover your shift immediately. If we’re unable to arrange cover, we will offer you a £40 compensation plus an email for your records of our failure to fulfil the role in the event of any enquiry by your local Safeguarding Team
